The efficient pressure die-casting machine area consists of 11 presses, ranging between 5 to 125 tons, which enable producing items of variable weight, ranging from just a few grams up to 1,500 grams.

A modern system for both thermo-regulating and monitoring production parameters endowed with software both studied and realized by Eagles assures the casting processes optimal quality.

The production, at every stage, is managed with the help of effective production control system Arco3.
For the die-casting moulds extraction are used robot manipulators COMAU and MOTOMAN, ensuring proper handling of details.
The molds, at the end of production, are checked, cleaned and lubricated. Then they're sorted in a vertical warehouse, managed by a dedicated software, which ensures the proper storage.
